Sure. We talked about who should be responsible for what and there are a lot of hard discussions in there. Sometimes there are situations where all managers want to be responsible for the same thing, or other situations where no one wants a particular responsibility but someone has to do it. OR maybe someone is interested in taking something on, but you feel it’s not yet time for them to do so. In some cases designers talked candidly with me about where my strengths were, and were not. It can be awkward navigating through those things but I think we were all closer after having done so. There was a deeper feeling of trust there.
